Passing the  Basics course is a requirement before participating in CrossFit unless you have experience with CrossFit training (and complete an assessment) or have a CrossFit Level 1 or above certification.

The  Basics course comprises several group sessions with a restricted number of particpants. Each session will introduce an aspect of CrossFit training and a short workout to reinforce and practice the concepts learnt. This intensive educational environment will allow you to learn all the techniques and skills to allow you to participate in CrossFit WODs safely and effectively.

In addition to teaching the technical side to the exercises used at CrossFit Quwwwa the Basics course will also guide you through the methodology of CrossFit training including dietary advice, programming, flexibility and body maintenance techniques.

Simply put, after completing the Basics course you will never train the same way again wherever in the world you do your exercise.

The Basics course is priced at QAR1,000 (We do have special offers from time to time) and is payable in cash or cheque or by bank transfer or by credit card using the link above or in the gym itself. Advance payment is required to secure a reservation.

It is also possible to do the Basics course with a personal trainer.  This is adaptable to your schedule and is priced at QAR1,250
