Joining

We welcome new members to our family at any time whether they be new to CrossFit or experienced firebreathers. We have something for everyone from our general classes to specific weightlifting classes and even our competition training class.

If you would like to join us at #teamquwwa then please follow these steps:

NEW TO CROSSFIT

  1. Register on our online system LINK HERE PLEASE DON’T TRY AND PAY HERE.  THIS FUNCTION IS NOT ENABLED
  2. You will need to complete our Basics course.  Basics can be done as part of a group or if you prefer one on one with a personal trainer (more information on Basics can be found here)
  3. For group Basics classes email info@crossfitquwwa.com and we will send you instructions on the next course times
  4. For one on one Basics please email info@crossfitquwwa.com

EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTER

  1. Register on our online system LINK HERE PLEASE DON’T TRY AND PAY HERE.  THIS FUNCTION IS NOT ENABLED
  2. If you do not have a Level 1 or above CrossFit certification please ask you previous gym to email us at info@crossfitquwwa.com stating that they believe you have the necessary experience.  If this is not possible you will need to complete an assessment with a trainer. Assessments will test your knowledge of the fundamentals of CrossFit and following that a personal training session on an area you would like to work on.  Assessments are charged as a personal training session and take approximately 1 hour
  3. Email info@crossfitquwwa.com and let us know which class you would like to attend and we will sign you up
