every min for 3 mins perform 5 thrusters
after each 3 min set increase the load by 5-10 kg until
failure men start @30 kg women @15kg
Example – 0:00,1:00 and 2:00 5 x thrusters @ 30kg then 3:00,4:00 and 5:00 5xthruster @40kg and so on.
