Work those individual weaknesses

3 rounds
10 kips swings
10 round the worlds
10 ghd sit ups
10 back extensions
Then
ME hand stand hold in 5 mins
ME hollow hold in 5 mins

Recovery/mobility
Full body foam roll -10 mins
Banded shoulder stretches
Banded hip/hamstring stretches
Couch stretch
2-3 min per side/stretch
